Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free on all orders delivered to Norway or countries in the European Union. The available delivery methods and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout before you pay.

Separate shipments

Our products can be fulfilled from different locations. If your order contains items from more than one location, it may arrive in separate parcels. There is no shipping charge for those parcels, but each can have a different estimated delivery time.

Delivery estimates

The delivery estimate shown at checkout is the best guide for your particular order. Processing and transit times vary by product, fulfillment location and destination. We will send tracking information by email when it is available.

The countries and regions available for delivery are shown when you enter your address at checkout. If your address is not available, please contact us before placing an order.
